Xtaya Terms and Conditions – Know Your Rights and Responsibilities

1 Introduction

Welcome to Xtaya. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "you," or "your") and Xtaya ("we," "us," or "the Platform") governing your use of all services, games, promotions, and features available at xtaya.net and any associated mobile platform.

By registering an account, making a deposit, or placing any bet on Xtaya, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full. 2 Eligibility

To register and use Xtaya, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during your continued use of the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This requirement is absolute and non-negotiable. Xtaya actively verifies age and will permanently close any account where the registered player is found to be underage, forfeiting all balances in line with applicable regulations.

Xtaya reserves the right to request identity documents, proof of age, and proof of address at any time to verify ongoing eligibility. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.

3 Account Registration and Security

Each eligible player may hold one active account on Xtaya at any time. If Xtaya detects that a player has registered or is operating more than one account — regardless of the name, device, payment method, or IP address used — all associated accounts may be immediately suspended and any balances forfeited pending investigation.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information. This includes your legal full name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address. You are responsible for keeping your account information up to date. If your contact details change, update them through the account settings as soon as possible.

Your account credentials — username and password — are your responsibility. Xtaya will never ask for your password by email, chat, or phone. Do not share your login details with anyone. You are fully responsible for all activity that takes place under your account, whether authorised by you or not, except in cases of proven fraud by a third party where Xtaya is at fault.

If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact our support team immediately. Xtaya will take reasonable steps to investigate and, where appropriate, suspend account access while the matter is resolved.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

Xtaya accepts deposits via the following Philippine-supported payment methods: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay, PESONet bank transfers, BDO, BPI, UnionBank, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit is ₱100 unless stated otherwise for a specific promotion. Xtaya does not charge a deposit fee, though your payment provider may apply its own transaction fees.

All transactions on Xtaya are processed in Philippine Pesos (₱). Accounts are denominated in Philippine Pesos and all wins, losses, bonuses, and balances are displayed in ₱.

Withdrawals may only be made to payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals — where the withdrawal destination belongs to a person other than the account holder — are strictly prohibited. Xtaya may require identity verification before processing any withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawal requests or unusually large amounts.

Standard withdrawal processing times are as follows: GCash and Maya within 1–3 hours during operating hours; bank transfers (BDO, BPI, UnionBank, PESONet) within one business day; Visa and Mastercard returns within 3–5 banking days. These times are estimates and may vary during periods of high volume or when additional verification is required.

Xtaya reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any withdrawal request. This may include requests for government-issued identification, proof of address, and source-of-funds documentation. This is a standard regulatory requirement and is not an indication of wrongdoing.

5 Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

All bonuses offered by Xtaya — including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free ammo credits, and VIP rewards — are subject to specific terms that are published on the Promotions page at the time the offer is active. These promotion-specific terms are incorporated by reference into these general Terms and Conditions.

Key general principles that apply to all Xtaya bonuses:

• Wagering requirements must be met before any bonus-derived funds can be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable multiplier for each offer is stated clearly in the promotion terms.
• Only one bonus may be active in a player's account at any given time. A new bonus will queue and activate once the current bonus is completed or forfeited.
• Bonuses are valid only for the period specified in the promotion. Expired bonuses and any winnings generated from them will be removed from the account automatically.
• Xtaya reserves the right to cancel or modify any promotion at any time, including removing offers that have been credited to accounts where the player's eligibility is in question.
• Bonuses are intended for personal recreational use. Any systematic or coordinated exploitation of bonus offers — including but not limited to matched betting through duplicate accounts or using automated systems — is a violation of these Terms.

6 Betting Rules

All bets placed on Xtaya are governed by the rules applicable to the specific game or betting market involved. These game-specific rules are displayed within each game or betting section of the platform. In the event of any conflict between general Terms and game-specific rules, the game-specific rules take precedence for matters directly related to that game or market.

Once a bet has been confirmed, it is binding and cannot be changed or cancelled by the player. Xtaya reserves the right to void any bet in the following circumstances:

• The bet was placed after the relevant event had already started or concluded (late bet).
• The odds or game outcome were affected by a technical error, software malfunction, or human error on Xtaya's side.
• The event was cancelled, postponed, or declared void under the governing rules of the relevant sport or game.
• Xtaya has reasonable grounds to believe the bet was part of a coordinated or fraudulent activity.

Voided bets are refunded to the player's account balance at the original stake amount. Any winnings associated with a voided bet are not paid out. Xtaya's decision on bet voiding is final pending the outcome of any formal dispute resolution process.

7 Fair Use and Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use the Xtaya platform for any purpose other than legitimate personal recreation. The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and potential legal action:

• Creating or operating more than one account, whether under your own name or another identity.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any technological aid to place bets or interact with the platform in a way that provides an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting errors, bugs, or glitches in the platform software. Any such discovery must be reported to Xtaya support immediately rather than used for personal gain.
• Money laundering, structuring transactions to avoid reporting thresholds, or using Xtaya as a mechanism to transfer funds for any illegal purpose.
• Match-fixing, insider trading in sports markets, or sharing non-public information for the purpose of placing bets with an unfair advantage.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other players or Xtaya staff through any communication channel.
• Accessing or attempting to access another player's account without their authorisation.

Xtaya uses automated monitoring systems and manual review processes to detect prohibited activity. Accounts flagged for investigation may have withdrawals temporarily suspended while the review is underway. Players found to have engaged in prohibited activities will not be entitled to any funds in their account at the time of suspension.

8 Privacy and Data Protection

Xtaya collects, stores, and processes your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering and using Xtaya, you consent to our handling of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

The personal information you provide during registration and verification — including your name, date of birth, contact details, and payment information — is used for the purposes of account management, age and identity verification, fraud prevention, and compliance with applicable laws. 9 Responsible Gaming

10 Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Xtaya platform for your personal, non-commercial recreational use. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the platform without prior written permission from Xtaya.

The Xtaya name, logo, and associated marks are registered or unregistered trademarks of Xtaya. Unauthorised use of these marks is prohibited.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Xtaya shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive losses arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to losses from delayed or failed transactions, technical outages, game errors later determined to be not in Xtaya's control, or decisions made based on information displayed on the platform.

Xtaya's total aggregate liability to any player arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits Xtaya's liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other matter that cannot be excluded under applicable law. These limitations apply even if Xtaya has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

12 Account Suspension and Termination

Xtaya reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe after request.
• A player's own request for self-exclusion or account closure.
• Court order, regulatory directive, or law enforcement request.

Where an account is closed due to a player's breach of these Terms, any balance in the account — including deposited funds and bonus funds — may be forfeited. Where an account is closed for reasons not related to a player breach (for example, voluntary closure or a regulatory directive unrelated to the player's conduct), any verified non-bonus balance will be returned to the player through their verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their account should contact our support team. Voluntary account closures are processed within 48 hours and the player's verified balance will be returned. Please note that voluntary account closures do not constitute self-exclusion unless explicitly requested as such.

13 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction under which Xtaya is licensed to operate. In the event of any dispute arising from your use of the platform or these Terms, both parties agree to attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation in the first instance.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days of written notice by either party, the dispute shall be submitted to the dispute resolution process outlined by Xtaya's regulatory authority. Players retain any statutory rights they may have under Philippine consumer protection laws.

For any disputes relating to a specific bet or game outcome, the Player should contact support within seven (7) days of the relevant event. Claims submitted after this period may not be considered.

14 Changes to These Terms

Xtaya may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in our services, applicable law, or regulatory requirements. When we make material changes, we will provide notice through a notification on the platform and, where required, via email to the address registered on your account.

The most recent version of these Terms is always available on this page. The "Last Updated" date at the top of the page indicates when the most recent revision was made. Your continued use of the Xtaya platform after any changes to these Terms are announced and take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

If you do not agree to any updated Terms, your only recourse is to stop using the platform and close your account. Xtaya is not obligated to maintain prior versions of the Terms, though significant changes will be clearly communicated.
